Nicole Gaidos, MA, NCC, LPC

I received my undergraduate degree in Social Counseling and a master’s degree in Community Counseling from Our Lady of Holy Cross College, which is now known as University of Holy Cross. I have vast experience working with diverse populations in a variety of settings. I enjoyed my time as the Clinical Coordinator at a child advocacy center where I worked with child and teen survivors of abuse as well as their families. My agency was also able to provide counseling services to the community who reported issues such as anxiety, depression and stress. I also spent a few years working with a women and children’s program at a substance abuse treatment facility where I provided individual and group counseling to adult, teen and child clients. I spent a few years providing group counseling services at a mental health day program. I have specific training from Postpartum International which has helped me provide clinical services to expecting and new mothers as well as their families. I have a particular passion for working with this population. I am excited to provide Counseling services to clients in a private practice setting at Hickory Counseling!

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, watching football (go Saints!), and playing with my pup Roscoe. I am a proud boy mom of two who is an expert in anything Marvel!
